My Approach
I work with my clients as a partner, eliciting their inherent strengths and intuition. During our sessions, I provide structure, accountability, and information when solicited. When our sessions are over, my clients leave with clarity and confidence to implement change through practical, daily actions.
Most importantly, I aim to cultivate a safe space for exploration and transformation.
Initial consultation
During this session, we spend some time to get to know each other. You will tell me about your goals and the drive behind them. We will assess cadence of sessions + program length depending on the complexity of your goals. During this time you are welcome to get to know me and learn about my background and training.
1:1 Coaching
During our 1:1 sessions, we will work together to establish your health + wellness vision, action plans, check-in on progress and obstacles, and make adjustments where needed. You will be receiving guided support, insights on nutrition and lifestyle shifts, along with the structure of accountability to name a few.
