Welcome to wellness with Lili, an integrative approach in closing the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be with your health and wellness. 
During times of necessary change, health coaches like myself are conduits that provide the support and structure you need to make those long term shifts.   
I work with clients on their individualized goals through practical and consistent measures. We ditch the all or nothing approach and connect to the magic of transformation and self-discovery. 
My areas of focus are, but not limited to: building sustainable lifestyle and mental habits, restoring gut health, lowering inflammation through diet + exercise, managing chronic conditions, stress management and most importantly, finding joy.
